Wenatchee, WA... The Washington Apple Education Foundation (WAEF) has planned a series of free seminars aimed to assist parents and high school seniors with the rising costs of college tuition. The purpose of the seminars is to provide valuable tips to students on how to complete award winning scholarship applications and assist parents with the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) application.
• Who: Students, parents and anyone interested in learning how to pay for college.
• What: Three seminars each night will take place at the same time in different rooms. A scholarship training seminar will help students learn how to get scholarship dollars and the two other seminars will help parents learn how to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), presented in both English and Spanish.

She shared information with students about Stemilt's use of social media to interact with customers, influence purchasing patterns and connect consumers to the growers and farms. The purpose of the leadership luncheon is to expose and encourage interest in careers in the tree fruit industry. Information about the Foundation's scholarship program is also provided.
