Wenatchee Wild Event Fundraiser

Thank you to all who made the 2011 WAEF Night at the Wild a Success!

The Wenatchee Wild Hockey Club awarded the Washington Apple Education Foundation with a ceremonial check of $17,000 representing gross proceeds of fundraising efforts at a the game on December 4, 2011.

Joining Wenatchee Wild President Bill Stewart for the check presentation were game night sponsor Tony Buak of Columbia Marketing International (CMI), raffle towel sponsor Bart Gebers from Key Bank, jersey sponsors John Dunley of Wilbur Ellis Company, Brad Thomas from Oneonta, John Botts from Chelan Fresh and Anita Fowler and Candi Burge from Crunch Pak, and WAEF board member LaVerne Bergstrom. Domex, not present for this game, was also a jersey sponsor. Thanks also to Bayer CropScience, the game's raffle sponsor.
